Chronic illness touches nearly one in two people today, directly or indirectly. Through medical advances and socio-economic evolution life expectancy is going up, but as that increases we become more affected by chronic illness. People with chronic conditions often feel alone in their illness, regardless of the severity or perceivable symptoms.

Lifemotiv project is designed to help all stakeholders (patients, friends & family, physicians, nurses, home health aides, pharmacists) to face chronic illness and take the good decisions to fight against illness with a better understanding and behaviour.
